Afternoon Tea Reimagined

At Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok, Executive Pastry Chef Frank Braun is the creative mastermind behind the hotel’s popular afternoon tea, served every weekend from 14.00 to 17.00 hrs. in the elegant setting of the grand lobby and Hanuman Bar. Recently, Frank has created a re-imagined version of the hotel’s all time favorite afternoon tea to feature a more substantial selection of sweet delights and savoury item for a joyous weekend afternoon.

The five -course afternoon tea consist of canapes, sandwich, scones mini eclairs and mignardises, carefully blending afternoon tea essentials with Thai snacks and local flavours. A sensorial performance as one course after another is perfectly orchestrated whist the harpist serenades beautifully, adding a graceful atmosphere to mellow weekend afternoon.

Five -course Afternoon Tea is priced at THB 999++ per person including a selection of Ronnefeldt tea or Lavazza coffee.
