New working space

Are you looking for a new working space in Ekamai?

Meticulous – serviced offices Ekamai Sukhumvit 63

Situated on the 21st floor of SSP Tower. 555/59 Sukhumvit Soi 63 are the ultra modern offices of Meticulous a new entrant to the serviced offices market in Bangkok who take the standard of service received to a whole new level

You enter the offices on the 21st floor to be met by a bilingual receptionist who meets you with a warm greeting. The reception is clean, bright and well lit and instantly puts you or your visitors at ease.

The glass enclosed offices offer discretion but make the most of the natural light and are well appointed and finished to a very high standard.

We were shown in to one of the offices and offered tea, coffee and or water. It was delivered soon after by one of the maids.

The facilities were immaculately delivered and well named. The decor and furniture was to a very high standard and this and the location in Ekamai (with the BTS, riverboats and Thong Lor all nearby) should make it an easy destination for both Thai and expat staff to reach.

Communal pantry

There is a communal pantry which has been designed as a breakout zone to provide detachment from the working environ which is comfortably furnished with greenery and soft wood tones to allow the tenants and their staff an oasis of tranquility. A central conference room for tenants to use and the management company seem to be offering very advantageous prices for 3 month, 6 month and annual contracts.

I would heartily recommend that anyone starting a business, opening a regional or satellite office or needing additional space should make contact with the owners on 02 381 2013 – 19 [email protected] or view the website www.meticulousoffices.com
