Martin Kneath
Martin Kneath is a CIS School Support & Evaluation Officer. He is based in Bangkok and is closely involved with supporting and visiting schools applying for CIS membership and participating in the CIS accreditation process mainly in South East Asia. Martin has been a peer assessor for CIS since 2006, as a member of a number of teams, along with Co-Chairing and Chairing Teams, Preparatory visits, 5 years visits plus contributing by being a Report Reader and supporting peers in their training via the On-Line Training platform all of which has given Martin a very good knowledge of the CIS Accreditation process to which he is fully committed. Martin has advised a number of international schools in Thailand in their quest to open and to develop their programmes. Martin is interested in the dynamics of governance and leadership, in effective staff recruitment, support, appraisal, development and retention of staff and in how schools set about providing the very different needs for their students.
