Bangkok International Rugby Tens 2018
This highlight photo from the Bangkok International Rugby Tens 2018 recently held in the Thai capital attracted rugby fans from around the world to participate in a weekend of fun and games. Over 2,000 attendees from more than 100 teams participated in this year’s tournament and raised around 750,000 Baht for the Nak Suu children’s charity organization. This non-profit provides children in Bangkok’s slums with free rugby training and English language courses which helps them develop important life skills and values, giving them the chance to make a positive change in their lives.

About the Bangkok International Rugby Tens
Since 2006 the Bangkok International Rugby Tens have been hosted annually to bring together rugby fans from
around the world and raise funds for the Nak Suu children’s charity. Eddie Evans, the founder of the Tens and Nak
Suu is supported every year by numerous sponsors and international rugby players who attend the event to raise
awareness and participate in the activities.
This year, the following pro-athletes were welcomed: Shane Byrne who plays for Ireland and the Lions, Epi Taione from Tonga, Gareth Cooper from Wales, Scotland players Gavin Kerr and Dave Hilton, Junior Paramore and Tanner Villi from Samoa, Craig Chalmers and Jason White who play for Scotland and the Lions and Paddy Johns from Ireland.
