Mind, Body, Spirit fair Bangkok

The Mind Body Spirit Fair Bangkok Brings Wellness, Holistic Lifestyle, Sustainability and Charity to Life in the Heart of Bangkok

The Mind Body Spirit Fair Bangkok (MBSBKK) is back for its second annual charity holistic lifestyle event in the heart of the city on 29th February and 1st March 2020 at Jasmine City Hotel Sukhumvit 23. Inspired to create a holistic, mindful and healthy community for a good cause, MBSBKK is truly the first event of its kind in Thailand bringing experts in areas of health, healing and natural therapy to raise awareness while supporting local charity, the Fatima Centre.

The Mind, Body and Spirit Fair Bangkok (MBSBKK) is the brainchild of Evelin Nagy and Alison Shale, two long-term Thailand dwellers.  Both yoga teachers, socially conscious natural health enthusiasts and spiritual enquirers, with a drive to bring together a wellbeing community of like minds, to learn, share, inspire and be inspired. This Bangkok’s finest holistic fair will support the Fatima Centre in their work providing education, training, support and meaningful employment for vulnerable women and their children.

Visitors can discover over 80 exhibitors, more than 40 free workshops, health and wellness presentations and demonstrations, one-on-one health consultations and experiences, with the opportunity to sample a range of artisan, vegan and health foods. The fair’s vendors will present organic, natural and sustainable products, plus holistic health and fitness related products and services. The event promises a ‘one stop shop’ for those wanting to delve into the Thai and international health and holistic scenes.
