Neilson Hays Library Book Sale

 Begins this Saturday

Saturday & Sunday 25 & 26 November, 2017 from 9:30am – 4pm

Select from thousands of fiction, non-fiction, and large-format books in English, plus a selection of other languages, donated by Neilson Hays Library supporters. Our popular fundraiser offers books in all genres, with prices starting at 20 baht.

Gate opens at 9:30 am.

Since our restoration is still taking place, once again, the book sale will be held on the grounds of our neighbour, the British Club. Access will be through the gate connecting the Library to the British Club, and the British Club’s Suriwong Gate.

The British Club will also provide food and drinks at the book sale. As usual, parking is only available in the Voravit Building, the fee is 30THB/Hour (Surawong Road, near Naret Road, approximately 20 metres before library entrance). Please do not park on the street in front of the library or you might get your wheels locked.

For the past two book sales events we were successful in reducing plastic waste as most of you brought your own bags, so this November we ask again that you please bring your own bags. We will provide paper bags for 10 baht each.

If you have any unwanted books to contribute to the sale, please drop them off at the library between 9.30 am-5 pm any day except Mondays and national holidays, before the sale. Proceeds go towards the extensive restoration of our landmark building.

For more information, please call 02-233-1731, email admin@neilsonhayslibrary.com or visit our Facebook page.
